About InteleCOM Investments

InteleCOM investments LLC REI division was created primarily to utilize our labor management model, years of construction skills, industry knowledge, high standards, and attention to detail to renovate single-family houses and multi-family buildings with the intent to beautify neighborhoods, update enterprises underserved technology, boost city economies, create better places for families to live or rent, and minimize abandoned properties.

Flip to Rentals (BRRR)

We focus on condo’s, single family homes, small multifamily (1-4 units), and large multifamily (over 4 units). Using our construction experience to force appreciation by renovating is our main focus. We use our own capital and the capital of our partner investors for both short term and long term investment opportunities. Mid and Long term loans for rental properties can be for any term length that works for you and we can refinance out at the term length to pull your investment back out. Short term loans are for the purchases of flip and flip to rental properties and the renovation scope. We then either sell the properties or refinance out and pull out our investors capital to pay out the interest and either invest it again or give it back.
